Since September of 2013 I have been listening to the CDs several times a week and
I have not missed a single day of tracking what I ate and staying on program.
It takes about 15 or 20 minutes of my time in the morning. I sit in a quiet room and relax.
I particularly focus on the eating and exercise tracks. A fun and helpful side benefit
to this is that I am always relaxed and my stress level is way down after listening.
I not only have been right on program, but I have been very motivated to exercise as well
since September first, of 2013. And my graph shows the progress I have made. This
week's weigh-in hit a new low, in the "teens" (219.8 pounds). It has been a long time
since I have been this thin and I am still moving forward each week.
The CD's give me an edge, helping me to do the right things, and make the right choices.
I am strong when I need to be strong. For example, we had several family gatherings with
lots of high calorie treats available, and I had not desire to go off program.
I didn't struggle, I wanted to be on program, and so I was.
I have found these CD's to be very helpful, a great tool! After having two hips replaced, and
with knees that are also in pain, I still needed help to get on track to losing weight.
Enjoying Weight Loss has giving me that help. I highly recommend this program!
I only wish I had done this sooner!
