Dotti's Thermometer

THIS PROGRAM WILL TRACK your weight loss journey in a fun way!

Here is what it looks like.

YOU ENTER YOUR STARTING WEIGHT, your ending weight, then you put in your current weight, and the thermometer will display your current position on your weight loss journey.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Run the program

Click your Start button
Select Dotti's Thermometer Weight Loss Graph group
Select Dotti's Thermometer Weight Loss Graph.exe

2. Set the program up

Select Weight Range from the Change menu
Enter your STARTING WEIGHT value
Enter your GOAL WEIGHT value
Select Current Weight from the Change menu
Enter your CURRENT WEIGHT value
Alternately, you can double click on any of the windows and enter your new value that way.

2. Program automatically graphs your current weight on the thermometer

If you get an error when you run it, you will need to download some additional files. These files will be used by any future program you will get from Dotti's Weight Loss Zone, as well as as this one. To make the easy download of the required files, please click on the link below.
