INSTALLING THE REQUIRED FILES

To install the additional files to run Visual Basic 6.0 programs, please perform the following steps:

1. Download VBfileszip.exe, by Clicking Here.
   
   
2. Run the VBfileszip.exe program. This is a self extracting zip file that will place three files onto your hard drive in the folder C:\DWLZtemp.
   
   
3. Go to that folder and run Setup.exe. This will install the VBfiles.exe program and all of the files required to run Visual Basic 6.0 programs.
   
   
4. Test the DWLZ program that you are installing by running it.
   
   
5. After testing that it works okay, you can delet the folder C:\DWLZtemp from your hard drive and save a little space.
   
   
6. Remember, this is a one time thing. Once you have done this, you will be able to just run the executable files (which are usually relatively very small) for future programs Al writes, without having to install these extra files again.
