Week 115 Update I woke up at 04:00 this morning, and stepped on Mr. Scale, who promptly said, "184.0 pounds!" I have been back on the meds this week for my back, and so I am fairly happy with where the scale has been all week. I will be visiting the doctor later this week to see what he thinks would be the best course of action to fix the problem. In the mean time, I will continue to attempt to juggle points, medications, and the scale. For eating this week, I started off on Saturday, weighing pretty much what I wanted to weigh. I ate 38.5 points and Sunday I held steady at 184.5 pounds. So, I ate 54.0 points. (Between the two days that averaged 46.25 points which is normally a "maintain" for me.) Monday morning I had dropped to 183.5. I tried 54.0 points again, and on Tuesday I dropped to 183.0. I ate 51.5 points, and on Wednesday I was back up to 184.5. I ate 32.0 that day, and the scale held steady at 184.5 on Thursday. I then ate 39.0 points, and Friday, I once again held at 184.5. I knew that 39.0 points would not normally hold my weight at 184.5 but then I also knew that the medications would hold my weight up higher than normal. So, I felt pretty safe eating 35.5 points on Friday to set me up for a good weigh-in this morning. I was down a half pound this morning, but still within a pound of my target weight, which is just fine with me! For exercise this week, I didn't do so well. I had one good day, last Saturday, where Dotti and I hiked 5.8 miles in two and one half hours. I calculated that at 15 aerobic points. However, the rest of the week I didn't get any extra exercise at all. So, I was well under my target of 30 aerobic points. I hope to do better this week. For water I was very happy with how the week went. I had at least 6 cups every day, and I averaged 85.71 ounces (10.7 cups) per day. That is plenty of water! All and all, I am happy with my week, and I hope to improve on the exercise for the upcoming week. 2 years, 75 days OP; a lifetime to follow. -Al-
