I am so glad I found your site - I thought I would never be able to eat at Red Lobster again without getting "off program." I love all of the graphics and bright colors. system. Anyhow I have been looking at your web page a lot. I copied
recipes and went to the store and bought stuff to use in the recipes. I am

cruise in sept so I want to be able to walk a lot and see everything. I
used to be a WW leader years ago and that is part of what has made it so

| Comments: | Your story sounds so much like my own. I have been doing the program for a year and a half now. I have lost 102 pounds and reached my goal 3 weeks ago, 3 more weeks and I will be a lifetime member. When I started WW this last time, I weighed 141.5, I am now 139.5 and feel wonderful!!! I too found this a very easy progam to follow, at times it seemed to easy. As long as I followed the program I was always sure to have a loss. I really think it is a program you can do for the rest of your life. You are not deprived and can eat anything you want as long as you calculate the points and watch the portion size. Your website has so much information, I only wish I had found it earlier on in my journey. But now that I have found it, I will be sure to check back here often. Thanks, Bernita |

site. It is a super help. I do have a question about the girl scout cookies though because I just brought 2 boxes home with me from work yesterday. For the Thin Mint, the box shows 160 calories,9 fatg & 1g dietary fiber with the serving of 4 cookies so that would change your point calculation, right? And also, on the Peanutbutter patties - Total fat 8g,Calories 150 & dietary fiber 1g. Serving size 2 cookies. Again,that appears to me to change your calculations but I have not been doing this but a few months so I am sure you know a lot more about all this than I do.
