WEBSITE!!!!. It is so complete! I was so thrilled to see El Pollo Loco
listed under your restaurants! I lived in LA for 5 years and that was my
favorite restaurant! I have been a WW member since 1989. I made Lifetime in 1990. I moved back from LA to NC in 1993. I wasn't faithful to my meetings nor the program, so I gained some of my weight back. But as of 10 weeks ago, I "rejoined" and am down 12.4 pounds and have .6 to go b/4 I get my 10% goal. I love this program. It is so liveable! I enjoyed reading about the 1970's WW. How awful! As a matter of fact, our leader shared some of that info last night. She had a pamphlet about the old program. We've come a long way, Baby! Keep up the good work! I feel like I would have a book if I printed your info. Do I need your permission to do that? Then due to living in a community where we have trouble keeping our meetings, I quit going out of town for meetings. That was the wrong thing to do. Over the next year and a half I began gaining again. I joined again last June and have lost 30 pounds. I am at lifetime again. What a great feeling! I plan to go to a meeting somewhere even if we lose our meetings here. I am 62 years old and it is not easy to lose and even more difficult to maintain. I am determined! pounds several times over the years. The only way I've lost them is
through Weight Watchers. The only way I keep off the pounds is to attend
the meetings regularly. Group support is the only way for me. This time, I
