Comments:	It is very nice to know I am not alone. I have a four year old son and a six month old daughter and it is hard to find time for me. I need to lose weight but who has time. I have started to play tennis at night with my husband and riding my stationary bike at 5:00 every morning. It is hard to stay modivated when it takes so much to lose so little. My husband is very supportive and says "You did not gain overnight and you will not lose that way either" It is just wonderful to see I am not alone. Thank you.

Comments:	Need some help.I've been at ww for 11 weeks in that time I have lost 13 an 1/2lbs for the last 3 weeks very very little or nothing has happened I got real upset night of my weigh in. Comments:	I started Weight Watchers back in 1984. After losing 30 pounds and reaching my goal weight, I became a Lifetime Member. I then stopped going to meetings and thought I could just do it myself. Before I knew it, the weight was back on PLUS SOME. I found myself back at WW starting over again several times over the years. I'm sick and tired of doing the yo-yo thing! I'm going back to WW tomorrow morning and I'm making the commitment to myself to do it now and forever. I now need to lose 50 lbs. and I want to do it before my 40th birthday in November. A friend of mine told me about your website and I was truly IMPRESSED!!! What a wonderful job you have done. You look MARVELOUS!!! You made me realize that it�s not impossible. I know it will be hard work but I like your saying "Nothing taste as good as skinny feels". I have been there before and want to be there again. Thanks for the inspiration!! Over the past few days, I have spent several hours at your website and have found it to be very inspiring. Comments:	I love this quote: "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." I've been a member of Weight Watchers for over 1-1/2 years. So far, I've lost almost 100 lbs. I'm less than 15 lbs from my goal. I love the program. I've tried WW before, many many years ago, and just couldn't stick with it. If someone had told me 2 years ago that I had to lose over 100 lbs in order to get healthy, I would have said "You've got to be kidding! There's no way I can do that!" But, here I am, a year and a half later, 10 sizes smaller, and so happy. I used to hate exercise. Now I love it. I do aerobics 3-5x/wk, strength training 2-3x/wk, treadmill & stationary bike, walking... I've been in the process of moving from a house to an apt over the past 2 weeks, and I've hardly been able to exercise at all. I've been going crazy! I'm finally back into my workout routine. Your site is so encouraging, Dotti. And really great as a reference tool. Thanks so much for sharing what you've learned, and helping others to share their experiences as well. We're all in this together.
