I went to WW last week with a weight of 229 1/2 and my goal is 141. I am very motivated to stay on program and to lose this weight because I too have high blood pressure and can't walk without getting short of breath. your weight loss. Your site is fantastic. Lots of work put into it and it
shows. I will be returning to weight watchers this Tuesday. I do have a
question about you stating that your blood pressure was 120/80 and has
dropped quite a bit. I really don't know what your doctos is telling you
but that is a normal blood pressure reading and what you are getting now
is too low. Reason I'm questioning that is that I'm a high blood pressure
sufferer and my doctor informs me 120/80 is normal and it's even written
in all the books.. But like I said previously "your site is
great" Keep up the good work....
I triple-checked with my doctor about my blood pressure because I, too, thought that was awful low. He said it was FINE and not to worry. Yes, 120/80 is the "norm" but there is nothing wrong with mine at 90/52. In fact, the Britannica Encyclopedia states I will LIVE LONGER! I liked that! |

searched all over the internet for some "miracle diet" to help

I just knew it was time for me to lose weight and went online for all the other info I needed. I exercise, treadmill, weights, 5 times a wk. I always drank my water so this was no problem. My family doesn't even know it but they are eating more and they are eating healthier! It has been 10 wks and I have lost 15 lb. I eat all my points (max)and I never go hungry. I've been doing WW for a couple of weeks, its going great (I really like the program)and anytime I have a question I come to your site. Its a wonderful resource for all of us. Thank you so much. The one thing that I know I would find very useful is if you know of any way to calculate points for regular recipes. Some things are very simple but others aren't. Keep it in mind when you're considering new resources for your page. Keep up the great work! |
