| Comments: | this is my umpteenth
signup with WW in the last 30 years. I even met Jean Neiditch, the
Original creator of WW. I have been successful in the past but need to try
again. I have over 150 pounds to lose but think this Point system might do
the trick. But the picture of me, at 290 pounds, lounging in a lawn chair
was the real motivator. I framed it and have it right inside the pantry
where I see it as soon as I open the door. Thanks for a fantastic site. I am going on 2 vacations this summer and am making copies of those restaurants that I anticipate using. I'll have my menu choices made before I leave the car. |

| Comments: | This is a wonderful site that a friend of mine just happened to stumble upon. I have been on weight watchers 123 for 7 weeks now. I have lost 8 pounds & have 40 more to go. My wedding day is my inspiration. Some advise I can give is some foods are low in points but very high in sodium. A problem that I have had is retaining water. I feel like I have lost weight but when I go to weigh in I haven't. Thank you for letting me share. |

diabetic, and I have to watch his sugars and starches very closely. He
likes "bulk" but gets tired of salads. I think that may be a man
