Another week has flown by. I swear, the older I get, the faster time flies. My sleep is still backwards (awake all night, sleep most of the day) and really all I can do is work on getting it back to a more normal schedule. I go in cycles, it seems. 🙁
I did the elliptical again yesterday, which meant I did it two days in a row. I skipped today and will do it again tomorrow. I’m really trying to add more sessions during the week by doing the elliptical two days on, one day off. I didn’t last the last time I tried this but maybe I will this time. All I can do is to keep trying.
Today I got up and made a new recipe, adapted from another given to me, Lasagna Soup. Al and I both loved it. Check it out if you’re interested.
Speaking of new recipes, I have really been enjoying cooking. I guess I have finally become a cook. I can tell you I’ve never thought of myself as a cook; just a person that can throw meals together. I’m actually having a lot of fun creating recipes.
As for my Journey, I did the Elliptical L10, 45 min, 3.8 miles, 459 calories burned. It was the second day in a row. I am staying on course with my eating and exercise. I feel good. I listened to the Appreciating Yourself track on my Enjoying Weight Loss Hypnosis CDs.
