I’ve been slacking here. I need to get with the program. 🙂 I’ve been busy this week trying a couple new recipes that I posted here. Al and I especially loved the smoothie.
I did my workout on Thursday, March 20th. I moved up to Level 9 and was able to keep up my pace and stay at 45 minutes.
Today I did my workout rather late in the day due to sleeping issues. I moved it up another notch to Level 10. I think I will stay on Level 10 for awhile. My Schwinn Elliptical has 16 levels so I need something to build up to. I was able to maintain my 3.4-3.6 miles and lasting 45 minutes. What a great workout! I was stoked to have accomplished this.
I was not feeling well earlier in the week. I took two days off from exercise and just rested. Other than trying a couple of different recipes and running errands, nothing else much is happening here.
As for my Journey, I’m happy with my week so far. On Thursday, March 20th, I did the Elliptical L9, 45 min, 3.6 miles, 429 calories burned. Today I moved to Level 10 and did the Elliptical L10, 45 min, 3.6 miles, 446 calories burned. I’m well within my food allowance for the day. Listening to my Enjoying Weight Loss Hypnosis CDs . I feel good!
