I will be tracking my weigh-ins, which are on Wednesdays. I will also be tracking my "Enjoying Weight Loss" hypnosis sessions and my daily Points for the day, ounces of water and how my day went. I have found the format below to be a good one for me. Thank you for standing by me, through my ups, my downs, ø¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸¸,ø¤º°Wishing You Success°º¤ø,¸¸¸,ø¤º°`°º¤ø,¸¸ø I cannot relive yesterday and tomorrow isn't here yet, Feb 1 ~ No exercise ~ 64 oz water ~ 5 pts ~ Today was the day I had to have clear liquids, no solid food, and drink some really horrible stuff (and a lot of it) to prepare for my colonoscopy tomorrow. Not a pleasant day but I made it through. Feb 2 ~ No exercise ~ 48 oz water ~ 37.5 pts ~ I went in for my colonoscopy at 8 am. By far, this was the easiest part of the whole procedure. I got a clean bill of health and do not have to return for another 10 years. Woo! Hoo! Al took me to Shari's for a nice breakfast afterwards. I was famished but found I could only eat half my meal. That's okay with me. Later that night I did get hungry again and had a small dinner. All in all it was a good day. I was quite famished and could of done a lot more damage to my Points for the day. I'm so glad I didn't overindulge. Feb 3 ~ Weighin [ -2.5 lbs ~ 233 lbs ] ~ Exercise? ~ 16 oz water ~ 33 pts ~ listened to Dr. Roberta's "Avoiding Temptation" hypnosis session ~ I had a wonderful day with my bestest friend Tammy. We stopped at a coffee shop and visited there for awhile before getting our nails done. Afterwards we headed off to the movies to watch "Lovely Bones". It was a very relaxing and fun day. I did not drink enough water which was not good for me. I must work on that. My points are a little high (top of range) but manageable. Great day. Feb 4 ~ Foosball with Al ~ 40 oz water ~ 28 pts ~ I went out today and browsed some stores for their sales. I didn't buy anything (I know, unbelievable) but it was fun looking. Al took me to dinner tonight as I was craving Italian food. It was absolutely delicious. YUM! I managed to get a bit more water in today and feel much better. It was a good day.
