He had recently graduated at the top of his class, and was out looking for some groceries to fill his empty cupboards, when he bumped into the most beautiful girl he had ever seen: Cookie. A whirlwind romance, marriage and they were in the perfect position to live happily ever after.  ❤ Fifty-three years later, Bill and Cookie were even more in love, but their health was failing, they were poor, and hope for the future was growing weak. They had each other, and little else. But they could still smile at life, because love for them, was enough.  ❤ One night they went to sleep as usual, in their little bedroom, with just enough space for their bed. It was a night like any other, except...  ❤ Bill woke up inside a coffin, trapped and afraid. Being buried alive he would have hated, but at least he could have understood that. But this, he couldn't understand.  ❤ The coffin lid opened, and everything Bill knew was gone forever. Everything: his home, his neighborhood, his country, his world, even his galaxy were beyond his reach. One thing remained to him, the only thing that really mattered: his wife.  ❤
