Vege Lasagna

 Thank you so very much Renee!  I love Vegetarian Lasagna!

Ingredients:

1 jar (28 oz.) Ragu Lite NO Sugar Basil Tomato Spaghetti sauce
6 dry lasagna noodles
1 - 15 oz. container Fat Free Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
2 cups shredded Healthy Choice Mozzarella cheese
1 - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach-thawed and squeezed dry
½-1 cup shredded carrots - steamed slightly in microwave

Mix Ricotta or Cottage Cheese with spinach and carrots - set aside. In 9 x 13" pan
(pammed) spread 1-cup sauce, place 3 dry noodles side by side and top with
cheese mixture. Cover with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Pour 1 cup sauce over
cheese mixture. Top with 3 dry noodles and cover with remaining sauce. Cover.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hr. Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella
cheese-recover and let stand for 5 min before cutting.
