1 lb. firm tofu, mashed
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning OR
1/2 tsp. basil & 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into 8 burgers and
brown in 2 tbsp. oil (I use PAM). Serve on bun with all
the fixings that you would a hamburger.
( I personally eat them plain - I just love them!
