Strawberry Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled,
or frozen strawberries, partially thawed
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup frozen cranberry-juice concentrate
2 ice cubes, crushed
1 tsp sugar, or to taste

In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth
and frothy.  Serve immediately.

SERVING SIZE:  1 cup
