Strawberry Pie

Thank you Renee (my leader) - this sounds delicious!

Makes 6-8 Servings

Ingredients

4 cups fresh strawberries
1 large box of sugar-free jello
1 1/2 cups cold water
6 teaspoons cornstarch
Pie Crust
Non-fat Cool Whip (optional)

Heat water, jello & cornstarch in pan. Let it cool. Pour over strawberries in
your pie crust. Dab with non-fat Cool Whip if you wish.

Pet Ritz Pie Crust is (3 pts) for 1/6 of shell
Mrs. Smiths Pie Crust is (2 pts) for 1/8 of shell
Pet Ritz Graham Pie Crust is (2.5 pts) for 1/6 of shell
Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Crust is (2 pts) for 1/8 of shell (the one I use!)

POINTS: 5 (whole pie) - Add in Points for the pie crust you use.
