Roast Beef Rolls
Look for Vidalia onion relish - or experiment with other condiments
like pickle relish, horseradish and tomato chutney.
2 tbsp onion relish
1 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
2 small flour tortillas
1/4 pound lean deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1/2 tomato, sliced, or 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
In a small bowl, mix the relish and mayonnaise. Spread over the tortillas.
Top with the roast beef and the tomatoes; roll the tortillas into cylinders.
