1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon or allspice
1 tbsp sugar (Splenda is great)
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
Mix all together and cook as you
would regular pancakes.
