Potato Soup

Thank you Holly for a Low Point version of a great soup!


1 bag Ore Ida O'Brien Hasbrowns (16 oz., frozen)
4 cans fat free chicken broth
1 pkg. McCormick Country Gravy Mix

Spray pan with Pam. Saute potatoes 10 minutes, stirring gently.
Add broth and bring to a boil. Prepare gravy mix according to pkg. directions.
Add to potatoes and broth. Simmer 20-30 minutes.

SERVING SIZE:  1 cup soup 


Note from Holly: " I prepared the soup by just adding the dry soup along with the broth.
This eliminated 2 cups of water from the recipe, making the soup thicker and very spicy,
which I loved. I can't figure out how many more points per serving this would add, but
figured it wouldn't make that much of a difference.

This soup is sooo satisfying. A perfect Fall treat."
