Poppyseed Dressing

This dressing is perfect for a melon salad. Nutrition Bonus: Fruit

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp poppy seeds, toasted

In a small bowl, whisk buttermilk, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and
poppy seeds until smooth. (The dressing can be stored, covered,
in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.)

SERVING SIZE:  1 tablespoon
