Papaya Power Shake
This shake works equally well
with jarred mango spears,
which are available in the produce aisle of most supermarkets.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and
cut up
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp dried mint
4 ice cubes, slightly crushed
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
