Orange & Avocado Salad

Makes 4 servings

4 cups torn curly leaf lettuce
1 cup fresh orange sections (about 3 large)
1/2 cup peeled chopped avocado
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp sugar
4 tsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Combine curly leaf lettuce, orange sections, and avocado in a bowl; toss gently.
Combine water and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until
blended. Pour over salad, and toss gently to coat.
