Smoothie

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
1 small banana, rip (2 pts)
1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice (2 pts)
1 8 oz container Dannon non-fat, light vanilla yogurt (2 pts)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
3-4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process
until smooth. Pour in a tall
glass and enjoy! (For a tropical taste, substitute 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
for half the banana. YUM!)
