No Mayo Macaroni Salad

Makes 10 servings

8 ounces elbow macaroni
1 cup fat-free Nayonaise (soy-based " mayonnaise ")
1 carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cold
water. Mix in Nayonaise and next 4 ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
