Minted Hot Cocoa

If you don't like the taste of plain milk, here's an easy and tasty substitute.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 hard peppermint candy, crushed
1 cup hot water
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 pkgs sugar substitute

Combine the cocoa, candy, and hot water in a large (20 oz) mug or
microwave-safe container. Stir well. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Stir again. Add the milk and vanilla and continue to microwave for
1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in the sugar substitute. Serve immediately.

Tip:  For an extra Point, top with 1/4 cup whipped cream
