Malted Banana Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

1 cup 1% milk
1 ripe medium banana, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup malted-milk powder, such as Ovaltine or Carnation
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes, crushed

In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until
smooth and frothy.  Serve immediately.
