Turkey Roll-Ups
Chutney adds moisture and a sweet,
pungent flavor to this quick sandwich.
Experiment with different flavors of tortillas - the deli section of your grocery
store may carry them in tomato, spinach, whole wheat, and other flavors. These
are great with a slice of reduced-fat cheese. Also, try
Diane's "Thin" Corn Tortillas (white or yellow), two of them
is 1 Point.
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
4 (6") tortillas
4 tbsp chutney
8 oz deli-sliced turkey breast
Warm tortillas for 5 minutes in
a 300 degree oven. Spread each tortilla with
1 tbsp chutney. Top each tortilla with 2 oz turkey and roll up. Secure with
a toothpick.
