Hot Ham & Cheese

 This recipe was given to me by a fellow Weight Watcher in class.
It is very tasty and only 3 Points. Thank you Jill!

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 "Aunt Millies" 98% fat-free hamburger bun
Pizza sauce in a jar
1 oz 98% fat-free ham, sliced very thin
1/4 cup Healthy Choice Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic powder (to taste)
Crushed red peppers (to taste)

Split open hamburger bun. Top with pizza sauce (if you use under 1/4 cup
there are no Points!). On each half of hamburger bun, top with 1/2 oz of ham,
sprinkle with garlic powder and top with 1/8 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with crushed red peppers to taste. Place in a 425 degree oven
until the cheese is melted.
