Green Garden Soup
Superswift soup!
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen peas
1 cup each chopped onion and celery
1 small bunch watercress, coarsely chopped
In covered Dutch oven, simmer ingredients
except watercress, 10 minutes;
add watercress. Simmer 5 minutes. Puree. Season with salt and pepper.
