Cauliflower Soup

 Thank you Eileen for another great soup. Low POINTS, too!  
A note from Eileen:

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
1 tsp olive oil
4 tsp garlic, minced
1 large can College Inn Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Put oil in pan and sauté garlic. Add all other ingredients and cook
1 hour. With the back of a wooden spoon, break up all the
cauliflower chunks to small pieces. Add cheese and stir.

SERVING SIZE:  1 cup
