Cauliflower-Pasta Mix

Get more flavor from your pine nuts by toasting them.
 Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet in a 350 degree
oven about 5 minutes or till light brown.

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup tri-colored or plain rotini (corkscrew macaroni)
1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary or
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
3 cups small cauliflower or broccoli flowerets
2 tablespoons pine nuts
2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking oil
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a large saucepan cook rotini according to package directions
except omit salt and add rosemary.  Add the cauliflower during
the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain well.  Return pasta and
cauliflower to saucepan.  Add pine nuts, oil,
garlic salt, and pepper.  Toss to mix.
