1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1/2 cup sugar-free vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled to room temperature
3 ice cubes
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
In a blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth.
Pour into a tall, chilled glass; sprinkle with
additional cinnamon, if you like.
