Broccoli Salad

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp reduced calorie mayo
4 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/4 cup peanuts
2 cups broccoli floret, blanched
1 cups cauliflower florets, blanched
1/4 cup scallions
2 tbsp. raisins

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Combine vegetables and add dressing.
