Mini Apple Cornucopias

The flavor and aroma of a freshly baked apple pie in the morning -
what could be better? This recipe makes it a snap!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons raisins
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium flour tortillas (I buy Diane's 98% fat-free)
2 tablespoons nonfat cream cheese

In a small microwavable dish, mix the apple, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon
and 2 tablespoons water. Microwave on High, covered, until soft, about
2 minutes. Heat the tortillas according to package directions. Spread the
tortillas with the cream cheese; top with the apple mixture. Cut each
tortilla into 4 wedges; fold the wedges in half to form cornucopias.
