Sweet Tomatoes
Chicago, Illinois

Deva, Joan (Jsche123) & Lorraine

Guess who is who? Aren't the masks great? :)
Now we all know what our Deva looks like (she is the one in the middle, standing)!

We had a fun time. Sweet Tomatoes gave us a chance to fill up our plates and go back for seconds.. and still have a OP lunch. The attendees present where Deva, Lorraine, me and also my friend that lives in the Chicago area, Nancy. We had so many laughs. I believe I can honestly say in behalf of everyone, We had a great time! Can I also say, that it was so good to meet my friend , although she is not a WW, as I mentioned before, she is diabetic and on a insulin pump. She does need to count her carbs. She was able to join in many of our discussions about food. So thank you Deva and Lorraine for making her comfortable among the group. Joan

I also enjoyed our visit. Joan, Lorraine, Nancy, and I gabbed and nibbled our way through the better part of the afternoon. This was my first Sweet Tomatoes experience, and I was quite impressed with all the good choices for health-conscious people. The company was great, the conversation flowed easily, and we ate well and didn't do any damage. (Well, maybe that last piece of cornbread...)

Joan shared photos of her trip to the Pacific Northwest, and she took me on a tour of her new platinum Visor. Of course, now I want one. She also gifted me with a box of the famous 3-point pizza burgers. I haven't tried one yet, but they look like good fare to go with today's football game. Thank you, Joan!

Joan also brought her digital camera and we indulged in a few group photos. As you know, I don't post my picture on the Internet, so Joan provided the materials for a clever disguise. We also opted for the "Fahrenheit 451" shot--no visible panty lines! I assure you we were all smiling in all of the photos. After all, everyone had lost weight since the last time we'd met!

Thanks for a lovely day! Deva
