Becky, Linda and I decided to meet at Stanfords for our lunch! They were right on time and we settled in for a wonderful couple of hours! The food was great (I had blackened Salmon Caesar Salad), the company was better and the conversation just flowed! Becky and Linda look awesome! Becky just passed her 96 lbs lost mark and Linda is maintaining her Goal Weight beautifully! It was so good to see them again! It had been way too long!

We exchanged Christmas gifts - what fun! Becky and Linda - THANK YOU so much for my beautiful gifts; I will treasure them!

After lunch we walked a bit around the mall, still chatting away about this 'n' that! Thanks for a great day Becky and Linda! I can't wait until January when we do it again! Dotti

Well I have to thank Dotti for saying everyone was on time. Especially since I was running behind. It's so funny, I only work 2 blocks from the restaurant but I didn't want to leave my car parked out back of work since Wednesday's I usually take off early to volunteer at my son's school. But most of the time I'm not needed at school, so I use the afternoon for 'me' time to do things I can't get done any other time. So it took me a while to find a parking spot in the parking lot for the mall, then to get to the restaurant. But Dotti & Linda were both sitting there patiently waiting for me.

We had a wonderful lunch. The food was great, I had a bowl of minestroni soup with Italian sausage in it and a garden salad. We had so much fun sitting and talking and eating once the food arrived. Dotti had all the packages on her side of the booth and she kept knocking off the sack that had her & Linda's presents from me onto the floor. Luckily neither one of them broke as they were both fragile. But they were boxed pretty heavily. :) THANK YOU for my wonderful gifts. Linda I can't wait to try some of the other flavors. Dotti, I can't thank you enough for your gift. It is extra special and everytime I use it I will be thinking of you.

Like Dotti mentioned after we felt we had taken up enough time in the booth, we decided to walk around the mall and check out the stores and such that were available. Of course, we were talking the whole time we were walking around. But we were having so much fun. As we stopped to take the pictures we were trying to figure out HOW we could do the pictures in stages such that we could 'piece' them together to get one of all of us. Well as we were contemplating this, a nice lady walked by and volunteered to take one of us all. She said she heard what we were trying to do and was more than welcome to help us out. So it was really sweet of her to stop and take a couple pictures for us.

While walking around we decided we needed to make plans to get together once a month since we all live so close. So I am really looking forward to getting together in January. WOW, January is only a couple weeks away. We won't have to long to wait before we do it again. You guys are the best. -- Becky
