Week 93 Update

It was 44° when I weighed in at 05:00 this morning, and Mr. Scale said, "186.0 pounds!"

I had dinner a little late last night, and so I am happy with the weigh-in this morning, even though it is a pound up from yesterday.

I actually exercised all 7 days this week. On Saturday, I went to the gym, did an Upper Body Workout on the weight machines, and then played basketball for 30 minutes. On Sunday I did a Lower Body Workout before playing another 30 minutes of basketball. Monday, I took a 2 mile walk at lunch in 27:53 (4.30 mph). Tuesday morning I went to the gym before work, did an Upper Body Workout, and then played 30 minutes of basketball. Wednesday it was another Lower Body Workout and 30 minutes of basketball. Thursday I did another 2 miles for lunch. I took 27:35 (4.35 mph) for the walk. The second mile of that walk only took 13:17 and was walked at a rate of 4.51 mph, which I was very happy with. Friday, I was out at lunch doing another 2 miles. This time it took 27:28 (4.36 mph). For exercise, I felt that it was a well balanced week.

For eating, my points-per-day went up from 47.00 to 47.86. I had three days where I ate over 47 points, and two where I ate below 47. My average weight for the week dropped from 185.93 to 185.79. I feel like I am doing pretty well when my average weight is within a pound of my target weight.
