Becca's Conference Poem

Goal is fantastic, Lifetime is great
Here's what it's like now I've lost all the weight
I can wear trendy clothes, go out on the town
But remember my size 24 wedding gown
While the old Becca scoffed down candy bars whole
I'm confident I can stay at goal
When the Iron Monster calls my name
I no longer need to face it with shame
I'm staying on program, I'm counting the points
I've eased all the strain on my back and my joints
I'm posting my Plan for the Day on the board
Confessing how many No Pudges I've gnawed
So happy I'm dancing, I'm laughing out loud
I've maintained for a year - and of that I am proud
Oh I'm sure that it would be quite nice to be wealthy
But really there's nothing more precious than healthy.
